Welcome to The Mill at Auburn - premium student housing near Auburn University! Our off-campus apartments are designed to provide Auburn Tigers with the amenities and features they need to succeed. Choose from our 2, 3, or 4 bedroom floor plans; each... featuring private bedrooms and bathrooms, walk-in closets, faux hardwood flooring, granite countertops, full-size washer and dryer, a spacious kitchen with custom cabinetry, a farm style kitchen sink, and a breakfast bar, and a private patio or balcony. Each fully-furnished apartment includes a designer furniture package and is pet-friendly. We offer upgraded units that feature faux hardwood flooring throughout, ceiling fans in each bedroom, and a 55" Smart TV in the common area. High-speed internet, cable, gas, water, trash and sewer services are all included in your monthly rental installment.
Management seems to be working very hard at keeping residents happy. Since taking over they have renovated our pools and gym. Maintenance team is very helpful and works very hard. Drew specifically on the maintenance team, has helped out in our unit many times. He always has a good attitude and is always ready to help. Tai, on the leasing team, has also been helpful.

Such a Blessing to be here!!
I was coming to Auburn for School in 2024 and noticed The Mill right away due to friends who live there. When I moved in it was a breeze, I did not have much to do and it was quick and easy!! Any time I have had a maintenance issue they are always very quick to fix the issue and with as many people that live here they get to it pretty fast!! The staff is very nice and very helpful and the new management we received in February has been above and beyond given circumstances! The events are so much fun and positive vibes, The clubhouse is so cute and comfy! The gym is very updated and they have a stair master and a Pilates machine that I love so so much!!! It’s easy to say The Mill at Auburn is truly a special place!!

I absolutely love living at The Mill! The front office staff is always so sweet, friendly, and helpful. My apartment came fully furnished, which made moving in so easy. They’ve also updated all of the amenities, and everything is well maintained. The community hosts a lot of fun events throughout the year, which makes it a great place to live and meet people. I highly recommend signing a lease at The Mill!

Office error, but maintenance rocks The day of move in, they gave one of the other roommates my daughter’s room key and all things associated with my daughter’s room. We had already been by the office to know that she was assigned room B. So, when we arrived, we had to get the girl, who had already moved in room B out, so we could move my daughter in to the room assigned to her on our lease. The apartment was filthy and needed lots of repairs. It has taken some time, but the maintenance guys have gotten things fixed and we are now pleased. Thank you to the maintenance team for the repairs and upgrades to make my daughter’s first apartment experience better than it started!
