Choose from our 2, 3, or 4 bedroom floor plans; each... featuring private bedrooms and bathrooms, walk-in closets, faux hardwood flooring, granite countertops, full-size washer and dryer, a spacious kitchen with custom cabinetry, a farm style kitchen sink, and a breakfast bar, and a private patio or balcony. Each fully-furnished apartment includes a designer furniture package and is pet-friendly. We offer upgraded units that feature faux hardwood flooring throughout, ceiling fans in each bedroom, and a 55" Smart TV in the common area. High-speed internet, cable, gas, water, trash and sewer services are all included in your monthly rental installment.

Office error, but maintenance rocks The day of move in, they gave one of the other roommates my daughter’s room key and all things associated with my daughter’s room. We had already been by the office to know that she was assigned room B. So, when we arrived, we had to get the girl, who had already moved in room B out, so we could move my daughter in to the room assigned to her on our lease. The apartment was filthy and needed lots of repairs. It has taken some time, but the maintenance guys... have gotten things fixed and we are now pleased. Thank you to the maintenance team for the repairs and upgrades to make my daughter’s first apartment experience better than it started!

Good complex! For a complex in a college town, The Mill is great! Close to campus and walking distance from tons of things. Maintenance is quick and the complex office is always helpful.

I have lived here the past two years and have enjoyed every day. The view of the pool from the balcony is great and Bean thinks so too as she likes to sit in the window sill and watch the outside :)

Move in review Move in was a super quick and easy thing! It was not very crowded and we were able to find a parking space for each car! The rooms were not in amazing condition, my walls had tons of nail holes everywhere so I’m worried about potentially losing the deposit over that even though I don’t use nails for my stuff. We shall see but at the least they let you submit a report of things wrong with the room within 48 hours and you won’t be penalized for those things. Overall a good... experience!

Not Bad This isn't a bad place to live! There are a couple of problems with the apartment that we are waiting to get fixed, and maintenance can be very slow, but it's an alright place.
