Moving to Auburn all the way up from Wisconsin was not an easy task, luckily I signed a lease at the Fairways and it was an incredible experience living there for three years. I highly recommend this place to people coming from out of town and unsure of where to live. I also recommend this place to young professionals and professional students-- it is a great place to not live near undergraduates, which is what I needed to avoid due to my job at the university.

Completely agree with one of the reviewers said below. “Don't rent from them. The apartments themselves aren't bad however expect them to try to keep your entire deposit as well as charge you extra for things/damages without providing any proof. The staff in dealing with the issue are completely unhelpful and somewhat rude. They rip you off essentially and try to take your money”. Not only did they not repair damages correctly and promptly, they will take away all your deposit and extra at... whatever cost. Say goodbye to your deposits.

Sign a lease anywhere but here. They made me sign a 15 month lease and then I became handicap after an accident and can’t get my wheelchair up the stairs, can’t get my wheelchair through the doors, and can’t ever find close parking because they let anyone who feels like it park in handicap because it can’t be enforced since it’s private property. Management told me this. I then tried to get out of my lease because of the situation the fact that I can’t even get up to my apartment and they want... you to pay half the remaining lease balance and an additional month’s rent in a lump sum payment. Another thing, the walls are super thin. You can hear EVERYTHING right up to your neighbors banging next door. The people below me smoke weed and it literally seeps up and stinks and again, management said they can’t do anything because it’s “private property”. All around, this place is trash. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is the maintenance guys are nice and are super quick to help. They can definitely afford to give those guys a raise with the double billing tenants and they deserve one for having to deal with the management here

I have lived at the fairways for around 4 years now and I love living here. The property is very quiet and my apartment is beautiful! I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath & it has tons of storage. Each bedroom has 2 very large closets. The staff has always been extremely sweet and very helpful. I always recommend this property to anyone searching for a place to live in Auburn. The only bad thing is that they basically always stay full!
