Good value apartment

We lived in one of the older units for a year. The rent was one of the cheapest in Auburn, so our expectations were realistic. The apartment was pretty small, a bit old, and our unit didn't get much natural light, but everything worked. All appliances worked well and any time we had issues, maintenance came by and fixed them quickly. The pool was clean, nice, and opened pretty early. We never had any issues with bugs, since pest control came by on the first of every month. The staff was always... curtious. The tenants were all super nice to us and ranged from students, to working families, to older couples. It was a good place to live.
