Pros:
- 24-hour gym
- Pool
- Dog park

Cons:
- Smoke detectors insanely overreactive; will go off on a moments notice
- Mold everywhere unless you clean every day
- Very expensive for what seems like very cheap construction
- Very, very thin walls. You can hear exactly what is happening on the other side of any shared wall. Complete invasion of privacy
- Neighbors are not friendly, and have caused many problems. Even neighbors from other buildings
- A lot of hidden fees... upon move-in and move-out. Even with unreasonably high rent pricing.
Avoid this community at all costs.

On our tour of our future new home we met everyone on the staff and every person we met was the friendliest person that we have met all day and we toured a bunch of homes today.
The clubhouse made me feel like I was at home and so did the staff members. I can not wait until it is warm enough to get in the pool with my family. Only downfall I have found is you can not have a pet tiger - War Eagle!!!!!!!!!

I've lived at the Parc at Opelika for several months now and I love it. I feel that it's by far one of the best apartment complexes in Opelika. The management is awesome. There’s no problem too great or small that can’t be handled. Maintenance personnel is friendly, great at what they do, and just a phone call away which makes it very convenient for unexpected mishaps to be fixed with no wait. The Parc also provides around-the-clock on-site security. The apartments are new and updated and come... with a washer and dryer in each unit. The grounds are pet friendly which includes a puppy park, the pool and gym area are awesome, and will soon have a large spacious playground for the kids. Having my own private porch/balcony is an added bonus. I would recommend the Parc at Opelika to anyone.

I love it here!!! My apartment home is absolutely amazing and the staff is amazing! Anytime I have an issue they jump right on it to ensure that my living conditions are awesome! There’s no place like the Parc of Opelika!!!!????????
