Logan Square is a beautiful complex with nice staff. However, the complex could use more stop signs as it is hard to see.

Unsatisfactory!!! The unit is old, they slapped paint on it and called it remodeled even going as far as painting the tile in the bathrooms which is peeling, duh.
The front door has a nice air gap, the piping leaked into our kids unit and destroyed his mattress and the leak took weeks to resolve. And the bugs! Ridiculous the amount of bugs. For the price paid, I expect much, much more than this. Do better or drop the price.

Great all around Management is always timely getting back to me, and they answer all my questions. Maintenance has been quick to fix any issues I’ve had. Overall, I’ve enjoyed my experience and hope to re-lease until I graduate.
