This place is absolutely atrocious

The management staff is HORRIBLE. They charge you up to $950 after moving out no matter how clean you leave it, and then they ignore you when you ask them why you were charged these outrageous fees. The walls are so thin that you can hear every single detail about your neighbors’ relationships, bathroom breaks, music choices, you name it. Good luck ever sleeping if you live here.

Worst Place to Live in Auburn

The management at Evergreen is subpar and that’s putting it nicely. The buildings a poorly and cheaply built with walls thinner than your great grandmothers hair. I would save my money and future headache and live somewhere, anywhere but here. If I could, I’d rate it less than one star.

Poor customer service

I have never had so many issues until it was bought out and became Evergreen. The customer service is poor the workers have bad attitudes in the office and it takes forever to get maintenance to come fix issues. I miss the old Eagles South.

Biggest 2 bedroom in Auburn

Nice place. Not far from campus and close to Walmart. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath, The bedrooms rooms are huge. Quiet place even though it is a college town. Maintenance is good and they also just remodeled the pool and hot tub. The staff is the best and one of the main reasons I chose this property. I renewed my lease for the next year. Only a 20 min walk to the stadium on game days. War Eagle!
