Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service

My roommate and I submitted all the required documents, signed everything, and were told we would be able to reside here. However, in the middle of June, we were informed that the previous tenants had renewed their lease, leaving us without a place to stay. Despite following all the steps correctly, we are now still searching for housing as Auburn students. The experience has been frustrating, and the customer service was severely lacking. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

This review does not give an accurate portrayal of both sides of the story. The prospective tenants claimed that they submitted all required documents, however, we never received all the requested documents from both applicants after multiple... requests. Our policy states that we cannot guarantee housing until all requested documents and fees are received. This is standard policy with most management companies. When searching for housing, it is important to complete applications and submit ALL requested documents in a timely manner. We want to help all our prospective tenants secure housing, but we cannot hold apartments indefinitely waiting for all required parts of an application.
