We welcome your pets, however, there is an additional monthly rental charge of $25 per animal and an upfront fee animal fee of $250. We do not charge an additional deposit. We do have breed restrictions. No animals over 40lbs inside the home. We have breed restrictions If you have questions please call our office before applying!
