The loft includes a great kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer hookups, a large custom made shower, hardwood flooring, high ceilings, beautiful brick walls,... skylights, and a covered outdoor balcony overlooking Opelika’s Historic District. This loft is within walking distance to some of Opelika’s best restaurants and shops, as well as being conveniently located near Tiger Town’s Shopping Center, I-85, and Auburn University’s campus.
All residential leases are for a minimum of 18 months.
Pet Policy: NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS ALLOWED! There is a $350 deposit required for each pet up to 70 lbs; $450 for pets over 70 lbs. Proof required. Deposits are refundable minus any damages caused by the pet to the inside or outside of the property. $40/month pet fee
